General Data Protection Regulations – May 2018

The new General Data Protection Regulation comes in to force on the 25 May 2018 to replace the
current Data Protection Act. The Trust takes data security very seriously and is committed to
ensuring it meets and complies with the new regulation in the use, processing and holding of
personal data.
The Trustees have fully reviewed and updated all its Data Protection Policies and practices to
comply with the change in this legislation and have a named Data Protection Officer for the Trust.
